Music iOS Apps — Privacy Policy

Introduction

Plearn LLC (“Plearn,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) publishes music-education apps for iOS, including Music Note Trainer, Flying Beat, Chords Trainer, Solfege Trainer, Music Intervals Trainer, and Keys Trainer (collectively, the “Apps”).

This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you use the Apps.

The short version

We do not collect your personal data through the Apps. Your practice stays on your device.

What stays on your device

The Apps store information locally on your iPhone or iPad, such as your settings, scores, and practice progress. This data is not sent to Plearn and is removed if you delete the App.

Solfege Trainer uses your device microphone to detect pitch while you practice. Audio is processed on your device for real-time feedback and is not recorded or transmitted to us.

Purchases and the App Store

If you buy a paid App or in-app purchase, payment is handled by Apple through the App Store. We do not receive your payment card details. Apple may collect information according to its own privacy policy.

Children's privacy

The Apps are suitable for learners of all ages. Because we do not collect personal information through the Apps, we do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the revised policy on this page and update the “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the Apps after changes take effect means you accept the updated policy.
